How It Works

End-to-end Property Refurbishment

When it’s time to prepare your property for sale, sometimes it takes more than new furniture and accessories to generate the best return. Perhaps you’ve lived in your home for 10 – 15 years and it’s time for some updates. You’re prepared to spend a bit of money in order to make money, but when it comes to renovating to sell you’re not sure where to start or – more importantly – when to stop. We can help you decide how much to invest and how to spend it wisely.

Developing a plan

Perhaps you don’t need a whole new bathroom, you just need to paint your mission brown tiles and replace your tapware. Perhaps you don’t need a whole new kitchen, you just need to replace your laminate benchtops and paint your dated kitchen cupboards. Or, perhaps you don’t need to do anything inside at all and your money would actually be best spent revamping your front yard to increase street appeal. It all depends on your unique location and your target buyer – both of which we understand intimately.

 

With our end-to-end refurbishment service, we assess your property thoroughly from the front fence to the back, creating a refurbishment plan to invest the right amount (no more or less) in order to generate maximum ROI.

Executing the plan

Once the plan is agreed, you can then sit back, relax and watch as we execute it for you. We’ll project manage our tried-and-tested team of contractors – all of whom specialise in preparing houses for sale and know the tricks of the trade to spend as little as possible. We deliver incredibly fast turnaround – usually 4 weeks maximum – enabling you to get your home on the market much faster than if you were to tackle the renovations yourself. And it’s all quoted at a fixed price up front – so you know exactly what you’re getting for how much (no nasty surprises!).

 

Our ‘Style Now, Pay Later’ service means you pay just 20% up front, with no-interest repayments over 3 or 4 months and no penalties for early payouts.

Finally, if you live interstate or just don’t have the time, we can manage ongoing maintenance (like mowing your lawn and keeping your floors vacuumed) throughout your sales campaign.
