HOW IT WORKS
Engaging us to style your property is a simple and stress-free process. First, get in touch with us and we’ll discuss your requirements and goals. We’ll then make an appointment to view your home and guide you through a property styling plan to prepare for sale and achieve maximum ROI come auction day.
If you only require a partial style (keeping some of your own furniture), we’ll provide recommendations and advice on repositioning furniture, decluttering and the aesthetic we envision for your property.
Your home will need to be empty or partially empty prior to the day we come to style. We can happily recommend storage and moving companies should you need help.
One week prior to the sales campaign, we’ll complete the styling process and install furniture. This allows enough time for professional photography and to be ready for your all-important first open for inspection.
Furniture and accessories will typically remain in your property for 5 weeks – allowing 1 week for professional real estate photography and 4 weeks for the sales campaign and auction. If your property doesn’t sell at auction we will provide 1 extra week free of charge.
If you require a further extension, this can easily be organised – but we’re confident you’ll be applying that ‘Sold’ sticker before you know it!
